The council wishes to repeat the previous
comments that the proposed building is on the boundary line of the plot and

Buckoak was asked to address the meeting as she has an interest in this appeal.
In summary (Full letter attached). For the last three years since Mr Templar
had moved into thr adjoining cottage he had raised and trained gun dogs which
had affected her in the following way
1.
Noise
of the adult dogs, the young puppies and particularly the ‘crying’ of the new
borne. This could be any time of the day or night. She believes there have been
up to 90 dogs at one time in the kennels.
2.
The
smell of the excrement either raw or being burnt with the straw is particularly
unpleasant in the lane and in the summer when windows and patio doors are open.
3.
There
is a problem of rats which has only existed since Mr Templar’s occupation. The
