2007 at 9.40, Councillors John Head and Ann Wilkins attended the Planning

Councillor John Head spoke on behalf of the council against the application on
the grounds that the development was not in keeping with the village. BY 2

Information.
The
information gained by Councillor Ann Wilkins on the Severn View application
makes the Green Belt status of Alveston, or at least some of it questionable.
The council will request that a Planning Officer address the Annual Parish
meeting to explain the planning status of the parish.

“I've been
chasing the non compliance with planning permission relating to Dalmeny for
some time & know people are interested in what is going to happen to the
eyesore. Juliet isn't in the office to confirm but I assume Mr Richards is now
required to reinstate as is normally the situation in such cases. We know from
bitter experience that this can take some time but we get there eventually.

Maggie

Dear Councillor Tyrrell
I attended court yesterday for the case of Paul Richards.
Mr Richards pleaded guilty so the matter was dealt with straight away. He was
fined £10,000 for non-compliance with the enforcement notice and he was
ordered to pay the Council's costs in the sum of £1899.28.
