Resubmission
of PT06/3358.
The
application was objected to on similar grounds as before as being unsuitable
for the area. Another objection was includes from the ‘Development in the green
belt’ booklet issued by SG in June this year, relating to demolition of
existing dwellings quoting part of the
paragraph ‘ the council will need to be satisfied that the dwelling is beyond
repair and that it has not been abandoned as a dwelling’.
PT07/2697/F Grove House Silver Hill Brake Erection of a rear conservatory.
The
application was not objected to on the grounds which the committee usually
considers,
The
conservatory is at the rear and there are no other property to be affected by
the conservatory.
PT07/2890/F 28 Green hill Road Alveston. Erection of first floor side extension to
provide
additional living accommodation.
No objection to the above.

papers indicate the license will be allowed. The council’s point of hygiene has
been dealt with. Applicant has written consent to use nearby residential
premises.
