The Minutes of
the meeting held on 2nd
July 2007 were approved and signed by the Chairman.

Footpath
Reports
Attached are copies of the letters sent to
Attached I an e-mail from the
rights of way indicating the latest work carried out on the footpaths.
The letter also
clarifies the situation of walking with dogs, essentially if the field has
sheep in it then the dog needs to be on a lead. If the field contains cattle or
horses then due to the curiosity of the animals it may be better to not have
the dog on a lead.

The footpath
from the traffic lights down past the houses to join OAN 28 need path signs to
ensure the recently allowed footpath is signed and can therefore be used.
The licence has
been applied for, as has the 50% grant. As soon as there are positive replies
then the contractors will be given the go ahead.
